Robert L. Manning, age 74 of Frankfort, IL passed away February 10, 2017.
Beloved spouse of Carol, cherished father of daughter Deborah and son Mark, dear brother of William, uncle and dear friend of many.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Robert was a retired Illinois State Police officer, and a veteran of the US Army. He will be fondly remembered for his work with disabled adults.
