Patricia S. Gabrysiak (nee) Kosmecki

August 1, 1922 - January 25, 2017

Patricia S. Gabrysiak (nee Kosmecki) age 94 late of Frankfort, IL formerly of LaSalle, IL, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loved ones on January 25, 2017.

She is survived by her husband Edward; daughter, Mary Rosak; sisters, Lottie Samolinski & Theresa Knaff; grandchildren, Kelly (Bob Jr.) Book, Alison Rosak & Nickolas Rosak and great-grandchildren Daniel & Ruby.

She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph & Mary; siblings, Johnny Kosmecki, Cabby (Stanley) Kosmecki, Rose Pawlak & Florence Knoublack, and godson, Jon Ferris.

Patricia was the best mother, grandmother and great-grandmother a family could ask for. She will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 29, 2017 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Monday from 9:00 am until the time of prayers at 9:30 at Gerardi Funeral Home, 9501 West Lincoln Hwy  (1 block east of LaGrange Rd. on Rt. 30) Frankfort, IL.  Mass of the Christian Burial 10:00  a.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Frankfort, IL.  Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Justice, IL.
