Opal Fern Lemmons (nee McClain) age 93, late of Monee, IL, passed away on March 5, 2017 surrounded by her family.

Opal was preceded in death by her husband Homer. She is survived by her children; Glenda (Frank) Nastepniak, Michael (Terri) Lemmons, Charlene (James) Paul & Darlene (Brian) Callahan; 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2017, from 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Faith Baptist Church, 25800 S. Center Road, Monee, IL. Service Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 9:30 am, Sauk Trail Baptist Temple, 4411 West Sauk Trail, Richton Park, IL. Interment immediately following at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 2501 E.
