Marilyn McManimen (nee Bennett), age 90, at rest Tuesday, March 14, 2017 Born in Joliet, IL and lived her entire life in Frankfort, Illinois
Marilyn is survived by loving cousins, Doris (George) Sangmeister, Kurt (Gina) Sangmeister and Kim (Chris) (Sangmeister) Puckett, Jordan Sangmeister, Cole Puckett, Keegan Puckett and Kenzie Puckett.  Preceded in death by her loving husband Charles “Chuck” McManimen, her parents, Clara (nee Sangmeister) Bennett and Clark Bennett and her special cousin George Sangmeister.  Marilyn was an active, lifetime member of St. Peter’s United Church of Christ in Frankfort. She was actively involved in Women’s Club, Homemakers and the Frankfort Historical Society.
The family wishes to express our gratitude to the nurses and staff at Sunny Hill Nursing Home for the wonderful love and care that you have shown to Marilyn for the last years of her life. Also, thanks to the Joliet Area Community Hospice for their kindness during this most difficult time.

Services will be held Friday, March 17 at Gerardi Funeral Home, 9501 W. Lincoln Hwy Frankfort, IL Visitation: 10:00am, Funeral Service following at 11:00am. Internnment will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, 127th St. Frankfort ,immediately following service.
