Jean A. Ruge (nee) Osting

October 14, 1946 - March 30, 2016

Jean A. Ruge (nee Osting) age 69 late of Frankfort, IL passed away peacefully at home on March 30, 2016.

Preceded in death by her parents Ruth & Howard Osting, and her brother Don (Kitty) Osting. Survived by her loving husband Ron; daughters Dena (Bill) Meadows & Kara (Michael) Sisti; sisters Joan (Truman) Smith & Judy (Gene) Kasper; brothers Bob (the late Beverly) Osting, Jim (the late Lynn) Osting, Bill (Dorothy) & Dan; “Grammy” to Brian, Alyssa, Marissa, Hailey, Cole, Ryder & Charlotte, “Great Grammy” to Mailyn & Noah. Aunt to numerous nieces and nephews.

Jean was involved in the Gateway Neighbors Club as well as Gateway Bible Study.

Visitation will be held on Sunday April 3, 2016 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Gerardi Funeral Home, 9501 West Lincoln Hwy (1 block east of LaGrange Rd. on Rt. 30) Frankfort, IL.  Services will be held on Tuesday, April 5 at 10:00 a.m. at funeral home.  Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
