The strongest yet sweetest woman I’ve ever known has left this world for a better place ☘️ “May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face; the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand” ~ Irish Blessing

Aunt Jane - you are my best friend forever, my heart is so heavy, and I am so so so sad. I am Selfishly saying that, I wouldn’t want anyone else but you, as my personal Guardian angel. I don’t have any vocabulary at the moment to put anything into words, but I’ll miss you so much. If love could have saved you, you would have lived another 89 years. Xoxoxo I love you, xoxox your Bff. <3

You and Uncle Bob were more than an aunt and uncle to me. You were my best friends who got me through some awkward pre-teen years. I'll always be grateful and try to pass along the love and compassion you both gave to me.

Aunt Jane, Your name was written on the sand, but the waves swept it away, Your name was engraved on a tree but the winds blew it down Your name was written on a marble stone but the stone crumbled and fell Your name was written in our hearts where it will forever stay ........... Bon voyage et bon vent

Sincere Sympathy to you Carmel and all the Bracken family. I do remember her when she used to come home . She always called to see her neighbours and had a kind nature. Alas it's an end of an era with her passing. I must say she looks so much like her own Mum rip. Marie x

When I was a young German-Lutheran girl marrying into the fiercely Irish-Catholic Durack/Bracken family, Aunt Jane went out of her way to make me feel welcome. She did that the rest of my years in the family. I was always grateful. Rest in Peace, Aunt Jane.

So sorry we won't be able to be there. Aunt Jane was a great lady and the world is definitely less bright without her. I loved to hear the stories about growing up in Ireland. I will always be grateful to everyone from that generation who came to a new continent and a new world so that we would be better off. Their sacrifices are not forgotten. Aunt Jane, I hope you are with Uncle Bob and Grandma Mary and all the rest of your family by now, looking down on all of us and smiling. Many thanks and my deepest sympathies to all the Loizons for taking such great care of her all these years. She will not be forgotten.

Deepest sympathies to Carmel and family. I remember your mother fondly. My sister, Karen, always spoke so very kindly of her and I know Mike loved her dearly. May she rest in peace.
