Helen B. Ahlert (nee) Allerberger

July 10, 1936 - November 18, 2015

Helen B. Ahlert (nee Allerberger) age 79 late of Orland Park, IL passed away November 18, 2015.

Survived by her loving husband Henry, daughter Susan (Ferenc) Szepfalusy, son Mike Ahlert (Debbie), sister Trudi Dreher; grandchildren Michael (Cassidy), Emily, Christina, & Amanda Ahlert, and Sydney Szepfalusy.

Helen is proceeded in death by her sister Irmgard Allerberger.

Visitation & Interment were private.  Memorial donations may be made to Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer Foundation.

 

A Beautiful Woman in More Ways than One

God looked around his garden, and found an empty place.

He then looked down upon this earth, and saw your tired face.

He put His arms around you, and lifted you to rest.

God’s garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best.

He knew you were suffering, He knew that you were in pain.

He knew that you would never get well on earth again.

He saw that the road was getting rough, and the hills hard to climb.

So He closed your weary eyelids, and whispered “Peace be thine.”

It broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn’t go alone.

For part of us went with you the day God called you home.
