David C. Bielenin “PK”, age 59, late of Chicago Heights, IL, passed away April 14, 2017.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Chester & Marcella, and his brothers, Joseph & Michael.
He is survived by his sisters, Janice Bielenin & Susan (Joseph) Pope; 1 niece and1 nephew, as well as many friends.
Interment and service was private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made via the donations tab, to the South Suburban Humane Society of Chicago Heights, IL.
