Thomas Zager

August 10, 1952 - December 4, 2016

Thomas Zager, age 64 late of Frankfort, IL formerly of Chicago Heights, IL, passed away peacefully at home on December 4, 2016.

Thomas was the vice president of JDM Steel Company and a member of Crete Masonic Lodge #763. He loved sports, the Chicago Cubs being one of his favorites. Thomas, who loved a good joke, was a fun loving, kind and loyal friend to all who knew him.  He had immense love for his children and grandchildren.

 

Thomas is survived by his wife Pamela (nee) Scott; daughter, Maggie (Dane) Elles; sons, Thomas (Lindsey) Zager, Michael Anthony Zager; brother, Louis; nephew, Vincent Zager; grandchildren, Gavin James Elles, Mina Louise Elles & Caroline Jean Zager.

He is preceded in death by his parents Thomas & Louise Zager.

 

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 9, 2016 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:30 am until the time of prayers at 9:30 am at Gerardi Funeral Home, 9501 West Lincoln Hwy (1 block east of LaGrange Rd. on Rt. 30) Frankfort, IL.  Procession to the church immediately following prayers for 10:00 am Mass of the Christian Burial at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Frankfort, IL. Interment Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Frankfort, IL.
