Mildred E. Phillips (nee Andersen) age 87, of Elizabeth, IL, passed away December 26, 2015.

Survived by daughters, Patricia (Jim) Hofmann, Donna (Art) Marcotte and Debbie (Joe) Leib; sons, David Jr. (Terry) Phillips, Dan (Cindy) Phillips and Ron (Krista) Phillips. Mildred was a loving grandma & great-grandma to many, as well as aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dave Sr. (1993), 1 sister and 2 brothers.  Mildred enjoyed to volunteer at International Community Church in Frankfort, IL. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Gerardi Funeral Home, 9501 West Lincoln Hwy (1 block east of LaGrange Rd. on Rt. 30) Frankfort, IL.  Services, Thursday, December 31, 2015, 10:00 a.m. at International Community Church, Frankfort, IL.  Interment Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Frankfort, IL.  In lieu of flowers, memorials requested to the family for a charity of their choice.  For Funeral information 815-469-2144 or 708-754-2114.
