Martha Ann Tylinski (nee Lingo)

June 1, 1946 - September 16, 2017

Martha Ann Tylinski (nee Lingo), age 71, a 35 year resident of Frankfort, IL, passed away suddenly, surrounded by her loved ones on September 16, 2017.

Martha was a past president of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 1493. She enjoyed sitting on her front porch for countless hours in her favorite rocking chair while drinking coffee. Martha loved spending time with her grandchildren, who referred to her as “gramma coffee.”

Martha is survived by her loving husband Stanley; daughters Stacy (Ryan) Majchrowski, Shelly (Jeremie) Lehnert and Dawn (Kevin) Mulligan; sister Marilyn “Susie” Vanover; brothers James “Dickie” and Allen Lingo; grandchildren Cale, Alexis, Brooke, Eisen, Adam, Myra, Deklan and Demi; sister in law Victoria Tylinski, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her parents Dolly May and Omer Lingo and her brother Warren “Tinker” Lingo.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with prayer service at 7:30pm at Gerardi Funeral Home, 9501 West Lincoln Hwy (1 block east of LaGrange Rd. on Rt. 30) Frankfort, IL.  Interment will be private, and her final resting place will be Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
