John Patrick Reidy

John Patrick Reidy, 82 of Frankfort, IL passed away peacefully December 19, 2017.

Dear father of Tom (Karyn) Reidy, Lori (nee Reidy) (Steve) Bush, Tim (the late Vicki) Reidy and Kellie (nee Reidy) (Jack) DeWit. Proud grandfather of Julianna Sidlow, Thomas Ryan (Amy) Reidy, Ted Spiewak, Ian Reidy, Taylor Spiewak, Ethan Bush and Shannon DeWit.

John was born on August 25, 1935 in Chicago, IL and served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Baya. He retired as a Captain from the Chicago Fire Dept. with 29 years of service.

A memorial will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2017 from 10:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm at Gerardi Funeral Home, 9501 West Lincoln Highway, Frankfort, IL. Interment will be private.
