Frank was a great mentor to myself and I always will cherish all of the memories I had shared with him ,Teaching me to shoot pool and being able to sit on a bar stool was one of the great memories .GODSPEED Frank Bill , Cindy, Ashley, Erik, Jessica Phelps

I miss you is an understatement. But I hope you are finally at peace. I know you are with some of the greatest people and I know you are enjoying your favorite, millers lite, and watching over your family.
