Moskop, Cornelia “Connie” (nee) DeBoer

age 90 of Mokena, IL passed away on October 22, 2015.

Cornelia was a secretary at Hickory Creek School, a nutritionist at Cook County Hospital, and a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church and choir.

Proceeded in death by her husband Charles (1999). Survived by daughter Maribeth (Dwight) Meaux; sons John (Ruth), Mark (Carol), Gregory (Elaine) & Steve (Dione), 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

 

 

Visitation will be held on Wednesday October 28, 2015 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am at Gerardi Funeral Home, 9501 W. Lincoln Hwy, Frankfort, IL.  We will then proceed to St. Anthony Catholic Church for 11:30 am Mass of Christian Burial. Interment immediately following the service at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Frankfort, IL.  In lieu of flowers, family requests memorials to Joliet Diocese Partnership In Mission.
