To my nephew Joey and his family I would like to express my condolences. I am very sorry to hear of your recent loss. Know that God is eager to bring back to life our loved ones whom we have lost in death. God hates death; he views it as an enemy. (1 Corinthians 15:26) He has "a yearning" to undo death by means of the resurrection. He longs to bring back those who are in his memory and to see them live on earth again. God purposes to do this by means of the resurrection hope as He has promised in His Word, the Bible. (John 5:28,29) Please consider these comforting scriptures in your personal copy of the Bible.
