Anna Marie Chlebek (nee Phillippe) age 95 late of New Lenox, IL formerly of Frankfort, IL passed away peacefully on October 3, 2017.

Anna Marie was preceded in death by her husband of 73 years Edward, daughter Dawn Hill, parents Dewey and Nina, sister Dorothy (Ernie) Soderstrom, and her brother John (Betty)

She is survived by her son Mike (Carole) Chlebek; sister Kathleen (Robert) Johnson, brother Dewey (Gloria), grandchildren, Kimberly (Mark) Brown, Chris (Denny) Chlebek, April (Tim) VanDerBent and David (Rachael) Hill, 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 9, 2017 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Tuesday, October 10 from 9:00 am until the time of service at 10:00 am. at Gerardi Funeral Home, 9501 West Lincoln Hwy (1 block east of LaGrange Rd. on Rt. 30) Frankfort, IL.
